Rocket and Hero Lamps with Designer Fabric

This will be a treat!! Create your very own Hero Lamp or Rocket Lamp with luxury designer fabric!

We will have a selection of very special designer fabrics, including the internationally recognised artist, Debra Hood! You will have access to other Australian designers fabrics as well.

Most fabrics will be linen panels (printed in Australia using eco friendly inks) and are ready to be made into a stunning lampshade by you.

Choose the shorter Hero base or the more impressive Rocket style – both made in Brisbane to our own design using beautiful Birch ply.

Cost
The price of this workshop includes a Hero lamp base, designer fabric, tuition and materials and equipment to make a Hero Lamp that is 62cm tall.

Extras
To upgrade to a Rocket lamp – add $15 payable on the day.

Fabric choices
Choose your fabric on the day. We have designer panels by two renowned South East Queensland artists:

• 2 Debra Hood art panels
• 3 Jo Palmer art panels
• 5 Lou Jaeger art panels

Hero Lamp
Our Hero Lamp offers a sleek ply base. The base is pre-wired and ready to plug in. The ply can be left natural or stained or waxed. We’ll even include a quality bulb.
The finished dimensions are:

• Diameter of shade: 18cm
• Height of shade: 30cm to 59.5cm
• Height of finished lamp: 62cm

Rocket Lamp
With the addition of four slick ply legs, our Hero Lamp base becomes a mid century inspired lamp!

The base is prewired and ready to plug in. We’ll even include a quality bulb.
The finished dimensions are:

• Diameter of shade: 18cm
• Height of shade: 59.5cm
• Height of finished lamp: 89.5cm
