Limited Release – Debra Hood Lampshade Workshop

This will be a treat!! Create your very own Debra Hood Hero Lamp or Rocket Lamp!

We are thrilled to be collaborating with internationally recognised artist, Debra Hood! Debra’s iconic Brisbane street scenes capture beautifully the essence of our city’s charming inner suburbs and the old homes that add so much character!

Under a special licensing agreement, we are able to offer authorised reproductions of three of her paintings printed on linen. The linen panels (printed in Australia using eco friendly inks) are ready to be made into a stunning lampshade by you.

Add one of our bespoke Brisbane designed and made bases and you’ll have a new centre piece for your home!! We’ll supply a glass of bubbles while you create your lamp to make it the perfect evening!!

You choose
On the night, you can choose either the Rocket or the Hero. You can also choose the design you would like. We have exclusive access to 3 Debra Hood Designs: Dash of Lime, Hibiscus Affair and Tangerine Palms.

Hero Lamp
Our Hero Lamp offers a sleek ply base. The base is prewired and ready to plug in. The ply can be left natural or stained or waxed. We’ll even include a quality bulb.
The finished dimensions are:

• Diameter of shade: 18cm
• Height of shade: 59.5cm
• Height of finished lamp: 62cm

Rocket Lamp
With the addition of four slick ply legs, our Hero Lamp base becomes a mid century inspired lamp! The base is prewired and ready to plug in. We’ll even include a quality bulb.
The finished dimensions are:

• Diameter of shade: 18cm
• Height of shade: 59.5cm
• Height of finished lamp: 89.5cm

All lamps come with a certificate of authenticity.

Provided: Bubbles with supper and all lampshade making materials, equipment and tools.
