Introduction to Lino Block Printing 

Learn the basics of lino block printing on 100% linen tea towels.  You’ll be stepped through the process of designing your image (we will have some sample designs for inspiration and use), transferring your image onto the block, carving the block and printing your creation. This workshop will be held in our studio where we will ask you to comply with our COVID-safe guidelines.

During this fun workshop Karen will guide you through the basics of lino block printing: drawing a design, transferring to the block, carving and printing. Any blocks you create are yours to keep!

What you take home: You’ll take home 3 printed tea towels in a choice of off-white, neutral or flax colour.  The carved block is also yours to keep – with the skills you’ve learnt during the workshop, you can decorate more table linen, make gift cards or perhaps create some framed wall art.

What’s included: All materials and tools are included.

Experience required: No prior experience required.
