Beautiful lighting can really change a room adding warmth, character and texture. Our KORDEZ LAMP has been designed with clean simple lines, with minimal detail but maximum impact. When it’s turned off it is a sculptural piece in its own right, but when it is turned on…WOW! The interplay of the light, the multiple angled cords and the shadows they create is something else!

Please note: this is a table or floor lamp. It shouldn’t be used as a pendant because of the weight of the quality materials.

Quality materials:

• Heavy gauge powder coated wire – made in Australia
• Quality cotton cord 6mm diameter. The cord is strong, yet soft and workable and resists kinking

Leave it plain or add texture and colour with other threads and fibres as you choose.

In the workshop you’ll learn:

• How to assemble your frame
• How to start wrapping the cord
• How to join the cord
• How to finish wrapping

Another note: – You will not finish the lamp in the workshop as it is an exacting and meditative process, however you will have the skills you need to finish it off at home.

We have a choice of two sizes:

• Medium
  Height 54cm, Top diameter 18cm, Bottom diameter 18cm, Centre diameter 35cm
• Large
  Height 63cm, Top diameter 20cm, Bottom diameter 40cm, Centre diameter 20cm

Included in the workshop:

• Lampshade frame
• Cotton cord
• Electric lead, plug, switch and bulb fitting
