In this Kokedama Workshop, you will be guided step-by-step through this centuries-old Japanese art form. This workshop will be held on the verandah adjacent to our studio, and due to COVID restrictions we have restricted the number of attendees. We will also ask you to comply with our COVID-safe guidelines.

Kokedamas are easy to make and so versatile. They can be hung singly or in groups or placed on a small tray or plate on a flat surface. And…they are extremely low maintenance, so if having a green thumb is not one of your claims to fame, fear not! You’ll be given all the tips to keep your kokedama in tip top condition!

Skill required: This workshop is suitable for everyone

What you get to take home: Two handcrafted kokedamas; one for hanging and one that’s sitting on a plate.

What to bring: An apron and gardening gloves/rubber gloves are optional.
