Make a fire, add some lamb! We are excited to announce that once the weather cools a little, Ministry of Handmade will be venturing into camp oven cooking classes. We have lined up an ex-chef with awesome camp cooking credentials. Who’s up for it?
Here is our firepit that was featured on Day 3. Tonight roast lamb is on the menu, along with potatoes in their jackets (cooked in the pot with the lamb) and a delightful and very zingy salad – think cos lettuce meets raspberries, dates, sweet potato and walnuts dizzled with a honey mustard dressing! Dessert is a mystery as it is arriving with the dinner guests!
