When my son, Dave, was planning his wedding last year, he asked me if I would sew the bow-ties for the bridal party. He selected five fabrics so that they would all be different. It was a fun project.
This was then followed by another request…..would I make five buttonholes as well for them to wear? I used babies’ breath and a selection of small feathers including the beautifully distinctive guinea fowl feather which is black with white spots! The ends were tied off with dark navy ribbon.
What a dashing troupe! And what wonderful friends for Dave to have by his side on his big day….James (big brother), Tyson, Matt and Josh!
